- You need 1 cup heavy cream, for custard
- You need 1 cup sugar
- You need 6 large eggs
- Provide 8 large limes, juice
- Prepare 2 large limes, zest
- Prepare 1 tbsp cornstarch

- You need 24 oz heavy cream, for whipping
