  2. Take 1 sheet Nori seaweed
  3. Take 16 Good quality crab sticks
  4. Provide 1/4 Avocado
  5. Use 1/3 Cucumber
  6. You need 3 cm Carrot
  7. Provide 1 leaf Lettuce

  1. Cut the cucumber lengthways into 6 pieces. Julienne the carrot. Slice the avocado diagonally. Tear the lettuce leaf roughly. Line the makisu mat with cling film.
