- Prepare 1 slab baby back ribs
- Use 2 liter root beer
- Take 1 tbsp onion powder
- Take 2 tsp white pepper
- Take 2 tsp ginger; minced
- Take 1 tsp garlic powder
- Get 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Take 1 salt
- Get 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Prepare 1/4 cup cold water

- Place root beer and minced ginger in a small sauce pot. Reduce by 3/4.
