- Take 2 large chicken leg quarters - skin on
- Take 2/3 cup water
- Get 4 tbs unsalted butter - cold, cut into 12 slices
- Prepare 3 tsp chicken seasoning
- Provide 1 tbs cornstarch (optional)
- Get 1 tbs cold water (optional)
