- Provide 3/4 pound trimmed green beans
- Get 8 small red potatoes, quartered
- Get 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper

- Preheat oven to 400. Coat a large baking dish or cast-iron skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil. Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer in the bottom of dish or skillet.
