- Prepare 1 lb Ground Turkey
- Take 1/2 lb Mild ground sausage
- Get 2 large Egg
- Take 3/4 Sleeve Ritz Crackers.. Crushed

- You need 1 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- You need 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

- Provide 1 lb Fresh spinach
- Take 2 tbsp Butter
- Prepare 1 medium Onion, chopped
- Provide 4 oz Pepper jack cheese

- Add butter and onions to frying pan. Sweat onions on low heat until they begin to turn brown. Add spinach, cover and cook until nicely wilted. Cut off excess foil but leave enough so that you can lift you loaf out of the pan. Bake in the center of the oven for 45 min @ 350 or until just cooked through.
