  1. You need 3 lb chuck pot roast
  2. Get 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  3. Use 6 small baby red potatoes; halved
  4. Get 2 cups baby carrots

  6. Provide to taste garlic salt
  7. Prepare to taste ground pepper
