  2. Provide 1 bunch rainbow carrots
  3. Provide 1 bunch parsnips
  4. Take 6-8 Red skinned Potatoes
  5. Prepare 1 marinated pork roast
  6. Use 1 packet french onion soup mix
  7. Prepare 2 chicken and tomato bouillon cubes
  8. Use 1 Green Onion

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place roast in casserole pan and shake onion soup mix all around and on top of roast. Place bouillon cubes on either side of roast. Add 2 cups of water. Let sit while you prepare veggies.
