- Curry - - First deep fry the chicken n then the potatoes separetly - - Heat the oil n put the mustard seeds,n add the onions n sauté it n add chopped garlic,add turmeric powder,pepper powder n chillie corse n cumin powder - - Add the beans n add the carrot add the capsicum add the spring onions n add soya sauce n salt n sauté it for 10 min - - Then add the fried potatoes,chicken n add the boiled noodles n mix it,keep for about 10 min,before u off the heat add butter,n take it out from the stove - - Garnish with grated cheese,n have it wen it's hot
