  1. Use 1 Half red bell pepper
  2. Take 2 medium red onions
  3. Take 2 spring onions
  4. Provide 2 medium carrots
  5. Take 1 1/2 Chicken breast
  6. Provide 6 medium mushrooms
  7. Take 1 soy sauce
  8. Provide 1 Oyster sauce
  9. Use 120 grams shan'shi noodles
  10. Get pinch salt
  11. Take 250 grams water
  12. Provide 1/2 tsp Sweet paprika

Instructions to make Shan'shi noodles with chicken and veggies:
  1. Wash and clean the veggies and cut them in thin strips
  2. Cut the chicken in small bite size pieces and marinate it in 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, half teaspoon garlic powder, half teaspoon sweet paprika, a pinch of ground pepper. Set it aside for half an hour
  3. In a wok, add the mushrooms and put a tiny bit of soy sauce. Stir until all the water from the mushrooms is going to be evaporated. Than put them aside.

  6. How to prepare the noodles: in a wok put the noodles and water and stir for 3 to 4 minutes. They don't need to be longer cooked as they are already pre boiled.
  7. Once the noodles are ready, add the cooked chicken and the vegetables over the noodles. Add now the Oyster sauce, ground pepper, salt and stir for another 2 minutes.
