- Provide 1 packages Quorn brand - meatless & soy free grounds (meat eaters - 1 lbs ground beef, or turkey meat)
- Provide 1 crushed garlic in olive oil (I usually keep a jar of this in fridge and use it everytime I cook..garlic lover!)
