  1. Prepare 5 strips thick cut bacon
  2. Take 2 tablespoons butter/ or olive oil
  3. Take 2 cups brussel sprouts - halved
  4. Take Salt/ pepper
  5. Get 4 cloves fresh garlic-minced
  6. Get 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
  7. Get 3 tablespoons bacon fat

  1. Rinse and trim brussel sprouts. Cut in half and set to the side.
  2. Largely dice 5 slices of bacon and fry in a cast iron skillet. Once cooked, remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon. Pour out the bacon remaining in pain.
