- Provide wings
- You need 2 lb Wings
- Get 6 cups water
- Get 2 tbs Kosher salt
- Take 1 tbs olive oil
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
- Take 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Take 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- Prepare Sauce
- Provide 4 tbs unsalted butter
- Get 1/3 cup honey
- Use 1/4 cup Sriracha
- Get 1 tbs minced garlic
- Use 1 tbs soy sauce
- Use 2 tsp lime juice

- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve kosher salt in the water and immerse the wings in the brine for at least an hour.
