  1. Provide 2-4 salmon filets (about 1/2 pound each)
  2. Provide 1 lemon
  3. Get 3 cloves garlic, minced
  4. You need 1/4 cup butter
  5. Use 1/4 cup honey
  6. Use to taste salt and pepper

  1. Arrange oven shelf about 8 inches away from heat element. Set oven to broil
