  1. You need 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup crushed jaggery
  3. Provide 1/2 cup Rice puffs(murmure)
  4. Use 2 tbsp grated coconut
  5. Provide few raisins
  6. You need 6-8 tbsp pure ghee

  1. In a mixie,put the roasted peanuts.
  2. Grind them to a soft powder.
  3. Heat up the pure ghee in a pan.let it melt down.
  4. Now add crushed jaggery to it.
  5. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.Cook on the low flame till jaggery mix with pure ghee.
  6. Add grinded peanut powder,grated coconut & raisins.
  7. Mix well & cook till all the ingredients mix well with eachother.Switch off the flame & pour the mixture in a bowl.
  8. Now add rice puffs & mix well so that they can evently coated with the mixture.
  9. Take a small portion in hand & press them in to small flat balls.
  10. Press the gems on the top& Refrigerate for 10 minutes so that they become hard.Take out the dessert from the refrigerator just before seving.Serve cold.
