The ingredients needed to make Raw Chocolate and Coconut Protein Balls:
- Provide 70 g almonds
- You need 30 g hazelnuts
- Use 1 tbsp heaped Peanut Butter Powder
- Take 30 g oats
- Take 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- Provide 25 g protein powder
- You need 250 g fresh dates (not coated in any sugar or syrup)
- Prepare 2 TBSP water
- Take 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions to make Raw Chocolate and Coconut Protein Balls:
- Pop the nuts, oats, peanut butter powder, protein powder and cocoa powder into a food processor and whizz thoroughly until fully broken up.
- Chuck in the fresh dates and 2TBSP water and whizz until the mixture starts to clump together to form a sticky ‘dough’.
- Take the mixture out of the processor and roll into 20 equal balls. Roll each ball in desiccated coconut. Feel free to drizzle over some dark chocolate too.
