- You need 1 small crusty loaf , like petit parisienne, panini or any round cob loaf white or dark .
- Take 1 tsp olive oil
- You need 4 spring onions (green onions or scallions ) finely chopped

- Prepare 1 charred pepper in oil
- Prepare 8 olives , black , stones removed and halved or chopped

- Use 75 to 100 grams grated mozzarella
- Get 6 slices petit chebra ( brie like goats cheese)
- Use 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

- You need 4 slices of chopped, dry cured chorizo (optional)
