- Get 9 jalapeno
- Take 6 hot Thai chilli
- Take 50 grams thai bird eyes chili
- Get 3 bunch coriander
- You need 3 bunch mints
- Prepare 6 lime

- Take 1 tsp sugar

- Choose 3 kinds favoriite hot chili,or whats on hand,please bell pepper dont count :)
- Grill chilli ,until soft ,peel
- Prepare coriander,mints,garlic ..ready to use ( in fact i type 3 bunch of coriander and 2 bunch of mints ..but it show only a bunch of each
